Hi! Nice to meet you!
My name is Lee Ann Thompson. I have been coaching full time both in-person and online since 2015. I have helped hundreds of clients reach their goals and change their lives.
I am a currently competing IFBB pro and have been competing for 11 years. I have competed in all the women’s categories and in multiple organizations, including bikini, wellness, figure and physique in the IFBB, NPC, OCB, IPE, IFPA and WNBF. I graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Nutrition. I became a NASM trainer in 2005 and worked as a full time in-person trainer early in my fitness career.
I am a lifetime natural athlete per WADA standards and coach nutrition and workout programming for both natural and enhanced athletes. Prior to earning my IFBB card I competed as a pro in the OCB, WNBF, IFPA (currently IPE.)

My Coaching Philosophy
Your well-being and results are my top priority. I learned a long time ago that it’s not only about what’s “optimal”…. It’s what’s optimal for YOU and your life. I will help you craft real world solutions that are custom made for your life, your hurdles and habits, and support you every step of the way.
I tap into my real world experience to problem solve and lead you to success. In addition to lifting weights since I was 14, I have played a variety of sports all my life, including figure skating, college soccer at UC Berkeley, roller hockey, semi-pro tackle football in both California and Arizona, surfing, and snowboarding. Sports helped teach me that reaching small goals consistently was the key to improvement. This focus on achieving daily improvement, rather than perfection, is the hallmark of my coaching style.
I have been married since 2004 and am a mother to an active teenage son. I know the challenges of a busy schedule and trying to juggle meal prep, a job, family life, workouts, recovery, and that feeling of just not enough hours in the day. I also know while these struggles are real, they can be overcome, and we will tackle them together on your way to becoming your best self both physically and emotionally.

Want to step on stage? Whether you are looking for that pro card or to check it off your bucket list, I can help. I offer full show prep including pre and post show support, for all categories including bikini, wellness, figure, fit body, women’s physique, men’s physique, classic physique and bodybuilding. Every year since 2015 I have helped multiple people earn pro status across numerous organizations.
Reverse dieting and hormone support
Reverse dieting or metabolic rebuilding is the process of optimizing and maximizing metabolic positioning both pre and post diet. I also provide appropriate troubleshooting, guidance and testing recommendations for digestive and hormone health
Posing
I do in-person and online posing for all categories. Whether you are looking for the basics or the finishing touches, I have you covered!
Prep/Competition Consulting

Workout Programming
Whether stand alone or with nutrition coaching, I would love to program workouts for you. All workout plans are custom made for you, your goals, and what equipment you have available, whether it’s a home gym, travelling with just your body weight, or a traditional gym. I will help you work through injuries, imbalances, and lagging or problem body parts.
Workout form and efficiency check
I can provide an in person workout where we optimize form, set appropriate cues, and fine-tune technique for everything from compound lifts to detail work. I will make sure you have a solid foundation and feel confident in the gym.
